This mischievous vervet monkey did its best to break into our room--right in front of me. The monkeys are lively, bold and abundant. One afternoon while we sat by the pool we watched quietly as a monkey crept near a sleeping sunbather with the intention of snatching his suntan lotion. To our disappointment, the man woke up just in time to save his lotion. We were rooting for the monkey.
